COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for Entry to ODC
Would all patients please note the current vaccination requirements for entry to the College premises are as follows:
Either
An approved single dose COVID-19 vaccination:
- Johnson & Johnson
Or
An approved two dose COVID-19 vaccination:
- AstraZeneca/Covishield
- AstraZeneca/Oxford
- Pfizer/BioNTech
- Moderna
- Sinovac
- Sinopharm
- Sputnik V
| Vaccination Status | Entry |
a. | No vaccination | No entry into ODC |
b. | One dose vaccination of a single dose approved vaccine if less than 14 days after vaccination | Entry into ODC allowed ONLY until 30th September 2021 |
c. | One dose vaccination of a two-dose approved vaccine if less than 14 days after vaccination | Entry into ODC allowed ONLY until 30th September 2021 |
d. | Full vaccination 14 days after receiving either of b or c above | Entry into ODC allowed after 1st October 2021 |
